Further Leagues VI Changes

This update adds Isles, who can unnote metal bars used for making cannonballs at the Ancient Furnace for 100 coins per note. You must have sailed to Grimstone before. Invite him from outside the Port Roberts bank to accompany you there by boat, then enter Grimstone Dungeon to unlock his service.

During the Doom of Mokhaiotl's orb phase, hitting volatile earth with double-hitting weapons no longer makes the orb spawn and despawn. The fix applies to main-game and Leagues worlds. Infernal Tecpatl and Shadowflame Quadrant are examples of affected weapons.
