Gielinor Gains Refund Policy

1. Overview

Trader offers monthly or annual membership and lifetime access, all including Dump Alerts. This policy also continues to cover existing Planner purchases and legacy Dump Alerts subscriptions.

2. Lifetime Purchases

Trader lifetime and existing Planner purchases are digital products unlocked immediately after a successful payment. Because access is granted right away, these purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when we approve a refund for a verified technical or billing issue.

3. Subscriptions

Trader monthly and annual memberships begin with a payment and has no free trial. Existing Dump Alerts subscriptions may retain their original trial terms. If you cancel a legacy trial before it ends, you will not be charged for its first billing period. After a paid billing period begins, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by us in an exceptional case.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund an already-started billing period.

4. Existing Access and Lifetime Upgrades

Existing permanent Planner access and separately granted Trader lifetime access are not removed when a subscription ends. If you upgrade a paid monthly or annual Trader membership to lifetime, the unused paid time is credited at checkout based on your verified payment. Your subscription renewal is stopped only after the lifetime payment is confirmed.

5. Billing Portal and Payment Processing

Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. You can manage an active subscription through your Trader account. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Exceptional Cases

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, verified billing mistakes, or technical failures that prevented access to a paid feature. If you believe one of those cases applies, contact us promptly with the email address used for purchase and any relevant Stripe receipt information.
