Gielinor Gains Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gielinor Gains, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Gielinor Gains provides Old School RuneScape market data, trade analysis, Planner tools, Trader guidance, and optional Dump Alerts notifications. We are not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. or Old School RuneScape.
3. Account and Acceptable Use
- Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or paid access controls.
- Do not scrape, abuse, or redistribute the service in ways we do not allow.
- Use the service in compliance with Old School RuneScape rules and third-party rights.
4. Paid Features and Billing
Trader includes guided trading and Dump Alerts. New memberships cost $6.99 USD per month or $39.99 USD per year and renew until canceled. Lifetime access is a $79.99 USD one-time payment for the life of Trader, including its updates. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever.
Existing Planner purchases remain valid. Included upgrades and continuing legacy subscriptions are shown in your account; a product change does not automatically enroll you in a new paid plan or change your agreed renewal price. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.
Trader runs in your browser alongside the game. You place and manage all game offers yourself. The faster connection uses Exchange Logger, a separate RuneLite plugin, and local files you choose to share with your browser. Trader is not a RuneLite plugin.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by law or approved by us in an exceptional case.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Market data, scores, Dump Alerts, and trade planning tools are informational. We do not guarantee profits, data accuracy, uninterrupted uptime, or that a recommendation will match live market conditions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIELINOR GAINS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO PAID FEATURES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT FEATURE DURING THE APPLICABLE BILLING PERIOD OR PURCHASE.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, legal risk, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the service, features, vendors, or these terms from time to time. When we update the terms, we will revise the date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law and Contact
