Changes to Sailing & LMS Rewards Eligibility

What changed

Rubium mining guarantees more Rubium splinters: 1 at level 48 Mining and 2 at level 72, capped at 2. Tick manipulation no longer works at Rubium rocks.

Incendiary and Chainshot cannonball production has slowed to one set every 2 ticks. Smithing XP has been reduced for both types across Bronze, Iron, Steel, Mithril, Adamant and Rune.

Wilderness deaths are treated as PvM deaths if the player has not been in player combat within the last 30 seconds. This applies to all account types: items can be reclaimed from a Gravestone or Death, and the PKer receives no loot. Standard PvP death rules still apply within that window.

Players must win a game of Last Man Standing before buying any tradeable items from Justine's Stuff for the Last Shopper Standing. Untradeable purchases remain available without a win. The affected tradeable rewards are not individually named.
