What changed
The Maggot King's regular drop table replaces some lower-value rewards with more valuable alternatives. Harvested loot goes directly into your inventory, and fired ammunition drops in the player arena rather than an inaccessible part of the lair.
Venator tooth and fang drop rates have increased, while less valuable Venator drops appear less frequently.
The Crimson kisten is classified as a spiked weapon after a fix. Its special attack was also fixed to roll against NPC Crush defence.
