What changed
The Fractured Archive adds the Obligator, Ascension crossbows, Zorya's Tome and Rondache as raid rewards. Ascension shards charge the Obligator and the untradeable Archivist's Folio, and make Ascension bolts for the crossbows.
The Obligator keeps the best of up to four damage rolls, depending on the target's Crush weakness relative to other Melee styles. Nex's Crush Defence has been reduced from +60 to +35.
Rondache reduces incoming Melee, Ranged and Magic damage by 2. It stores the mitigated damage as charges for a Shield Bash that can fire without delay.

The Fractured Archive introduces stackable Ascension shards. They charge the Archivist's Folio and Obligator, and are used to make Ascension bolts for Ascension crossbows. The Fractured Archive introduces the tradeable Rondache shield. It reduces incoming Melee, Ranged and Magic damage by 2 and stores the mitigated damage as charges for a Shield Bash that can fire without delay. It supplies Special Attack controls when the weapon has none and separate controls when it does. Shield Bash grants XP in the currently selected Attack Style. The new Obligator is a Crush megarare that keeps the best of up to four damage rolls, based on the target's Crush weakness relative to other Melee styles. It gains 20% bonus damage against 2x2 targets and 40% against targets 3x3 or bigger. It can hit multiple enemies in a line or give up damage re-rolls and multi-target attacks for faster attacks. More changes in this update
An unnamed tradeable raid reward unlocks Zeal, a Piety upgrade adding an additional +5% Attack and Strength. Unlocking it involves more than reading a piece of paper at a bank, with the Record Keeper suggested as a contact.
