Biggest moves since the update

What changed
Two new quests introduce the tradeable Amulet of Sight as a reward from the second quest. It provides +10 Ranged Attack with no level requirements. The first is free on quest completion, and Hudson sells additional amulets.
A fix makes the rosewood blowpipe's special attack consume darts as intended.
The Obligator was fixed to treat Ezekiel as a 3x3 NPC during P2 in The Fractured Archive.

Feoras, the renamed Smithing apprentice in Lumbridge, has a new shop selling low-level combat equipment. The source does not identify the equipment in its stock.
The Bond Interface adds membership gifting to another character on the same Jagex Account without converting the Bond to its tradeable form. The recipient gets membership, not the Bond. The feature is not fully available yet, and mobile users need a client update.
